What the Accounting Clerk will do: As an Accounting Clerk , you'll support the accounting department by maintaining financial accuracy and vendor records. Key responsibilities of the Accounting Clerk include: Maintaining and updating the vendor library Logging invoice journal entries Answering and resolving vendor inquiries Posting and applying payments as necessary Reconciling bank statements Setting up new vendors and maintaining vendor records in accounting software Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks Providing general data entry support to the team This Accounting Clerk role is ideal for an individual with a keen eye for detail who enjoys a diverse range of accounting support duties in a dynamic office environment.
