paraprofessional opportunity is available in Clearwater, FL,
specializing in 1:1 pediatric support. This contract position
involves working closely with students to provide individualized
assistance, helping to foster a positive and productive learning
environment. Responsibilities: Deliver one-on-one support to
pediatric students, addressing their specific educational and
developmental needs. Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans
and adapting instruction to meet student requirements. Monitor
student progress and report observations to the teaching staff.
Support classroom management and maintain a safe, inclusive setting
for all students. Collaborate with educators, therapists, and
families to enhance student learning experiences. Preferred
Qualifications: Experience as a paraprofessional, particularly
within pediatric settings. Ability to work effectively with
children requiring individualized attention. Strong communication
and interpersonal skills. Patience, empathy, and a commitment to
supporting student growth. Familiarity with educational strategies
