A company is looking for a Senior Director, Academic Measurement
Research.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team to execute evidence-based measurement and learning
strategies
Shape the research strategy to ensure products meet academic skills
and competency measurement standards
Manage relationships with industry leaders and academic researchers
to stay current with trends
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years' experience in assessment, with 5 years in a
leadership role
Strong track record of scientific research and dissemination
through peer-reviewed channels
Recognized expertise in measurement, psychometrics, and research
design
Proven ability to manage and lead teams of researchers
Ph.D. or Ed.D. in educational psychology, measurement,
psychometrics, quantitative psychology, or a related field
required
