Job Description Core Medical-Perm is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist for a job in Bradenton, Florida. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Physical Therapist - Discipline: Therapy - Start Date: ASAP - Duration: Ongoing - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours - Employment Type: Staff Physical Therapist - Home Care /t - Sarasota area/t - Collier county, FL (Naples area)/t - Marion/Lake/Sumter counties, FL (Ocala area) /t /t/t - Primarily in Ocala/The Villages area…however must be willing to go to all 3 counties/t /tWILL TAKE ANY EXPERIENCE Monday-Friday schedules Weekend & Holiday rotations - Will talk w/ managers about it /t - 58.5 cents/mile for mileage reimbursement/t - PTO - 29.25 days of PTO. Can cash out up to 10days years.
