Job Description vArida-Tech Inc. is seeking a local contract nurse RN CVICU for a local contract nursing job in Sanford, Florida. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: CVICU - Discipline: RN - Start Date: ASAP - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days - Employment Type: Local Contract Job Requirements: 1 years’ experience of RECENT ICU RN in acute care hospital setting required Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required. Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain the Florida license after relocation Associate Degree, or Registered Nurse Diploma BLS-AHA Provider issued card required within 30 days of start NIH Stroke Scale must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date Nonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 6 months of the employment start date Advanced Cardiac Life Support, or ACLS Instructor must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date PALS Pediatric Adv Life Supt, or PALS Instructor must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date Days (Rotating Weekends) Nights (Rotating Weekends) vArida-Tech Inc.
