Works as part of a multidisciplinary team at the hospital and/or outpatient care centers. Demonstrate competency in evaluation and treatment, utilizing value-based care and evidenced based practices. Receives clinical review by the Rehab Regional Manager. QUALIFICATIONS: • Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited school of Speech Language Pathology • Certification as a SLP by the American Speech-Language & Hearing Association (ASHA) within 12 months of employment • Licensed to practice Speech Therapy in the state of Florida • Excellent command of the English Language Salary Range: Minimum 36.52 per hour - Maximum 58.44 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
