Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Ambulatory Surgery - Discipline: RN - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Local Contract WCS Healthcare is currently seeking a Operating Room Nurse for a 13-week contract assignment at a ASC in Winter Park, FL. Job Function: /n - Day Shift. /n - 5x8: 6:45AM - 3:30PM. /n - Records all care information concisely, accurately and completely, in a timely manner, in the facility EMR. /n - Preps operating room for patient/procedure and assists other staff in breaking down the room. /n - Assists in positioning, responding to comfort/safety of patient . /n - Provides for accurate care and handling of specimens. /n - Initiates corrective actions whenever needed. /n /n Job Requirements: /n - Current RN license for the state of Florida. /n - 2 years of acute Operating Room RN experience is required. /n /n - BLS & ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association. /n /nDisclosure: The hourly rates and/or salaries listed may or may not reflect total compensation packages including bonus and fringe benefits, etc., nor are the advertisement(s) posted a guarantee of a certain compensation package for a position or bona fide offer of employment.
