Job Description:
HCA Healthcare is currently seeking a dedicated RN Quality
Coordinator to join our team and contribute to our mission of
delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. In this pivotal
role, the RN Quality Coordinator will be responsible for monitoring
and enhancing the quality of healthcare services provided at our
sites of care. Leveraging robust analytical skills and a deep
understanding of healthcare regulations and patient care standards,
the ideal candidate will ensure that our healthcare services meet
and exceed the necessary quality benchmarks. Review, analyze, and
report on various data sets related to patient care and outcomes.
Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement
improvement plans. Audit processes and procedures across
departments to ensure compliance with state, federal, and
organizational guidelines. Conduct and coordinate regular training
sessions on best practices and quality standards for staff.
Participate in multidisciplinary teams to address and rectify
quality-related issues. Strong analytical and data management
skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency
in using healthcare databases and software Ability to lead and
teach others Keen attention to detail Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Registered
Nurse (RN) license Certification in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ)
