You will be collaborating with a whole team of healthcare professionals to modify and plan patients’ diets in response to their evolving medical conditions, enhancing both recovery rates and overall wellness. Assess patient health needs and diet restrictions to develop tailored nutritional plans. Consult with physicians and healthcare personnel to determine nutritional needs and diet restrictions of patients. Monitor patient progress and adapt plans as needed. Educate patients and their families on practical diet and nutrition strategies. Document patient care and progress in health records. Stay current with the latest nutritional science research. Expert knowledge of nutrition and dietary supplements. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals. Proficient in dietary assessment tools and software.
