As a Clinical Team Manager at AccentCare, you'll lead a skilled team in providing holistic hospice care to patients in their own homes. By overseeing daily operations, coordinating patient care, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, you will play a crucial role in sustaining the high standards that AccentCare is known for. Supervise and evaluate clinical staff performance. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. Coordinate with healthcare providers and families to develop patient-centered care plans. Monitor and maintain budgetary compliance. Implement staff training programs and oversee the development of clinical skills. Manage patient admissions and discharge processes. Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills In-depth knowledge of hospice and palliative care practices Proficiency in clinical protocols and healthcare compliance Budget management and staff training capabilities Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current RN license Certified Hospice and Palliative Nurse (CHPN) preferred
