Job Description Overview AdventHealth Medical Group is seeking a pediatric nephrologist to join our collaborative team, with service locations in Orlando, Tampa and Melbourne, to provide comprehensive care for kidney and metabolic disorders. This is a new junior position open to both graduating fellows and recently boarded pediatric nephrologist eager to advance patient care in a dynamic environment, while expanding access to communities. The practice is affiliated and partnered with AdventHealth for Children in Orlando, a 200 bed tertiary Children’s Hospital. Job Requirements Active FL medical license (or ability to secure active, unrestricted licensure) Board Eligible or Board Certification in Pediatric Nephrology Experience with supervising Advanced Practice Providers (APRN and/or PA-C) Proficiency with kidney transplants, dialysis and CRRT Practice Description Rotating call coverage at Children’s campus with colleagues Clinic days at Melbourne, Tampa and Orlando Outpatient average volumes of 10-12 patients Inpatient average volumes of 6-12 patients 1:3 call rotation. Overnight coverage managed via phone.
