Job Description:

Laboratory Director to lead and oversee all laboratory operations

Supervise and evaluate lab staff performance, providing leadership
and guidance. Develop and implement laboratory policies and
procedures. Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of testing
processes. Manage laboratory budget and procurement of supplies.
Collaborate with other department heads to integrate lab services
with overall patient care. Stay updated with advancements in lab
technologies and implement best practices. Strong leadership and
management skills In-depth knowledge of medical lab procedures and
protocols Excellent organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in maintaining safety and quality controls Ability to
work under pressure and make informed decisions quickly Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k
Certified Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) or Medical Laboratory
Technician (MLT) certification preferred. Active
license/certification as required by state law.
