Job Description We are seeking a Board-Certified Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Physician to join a premier internal medicine group with a strong geriatric focus. This role oversees comprehensive inpatient rehabilitation across various SNF and LTACH locations throughout Central Florida, ensuring compassionate care and positive patient outcomes. Position Overview Flexible Scheduling: Choice of 4x10s or 3x12s . Clinical Support: Lead a team of 3 mid-level providers to assist with daily rounding and patient management. Call Rotation: Shared weekend call responsibilities. Technology: Utilize Practice Fusion EMR. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough reviews of new admissions and develop comprehensive rehabilitation plans. Provide clinical oversight and supervision for Nurse Practitioners. Manage patient care across multiple post-acute settings (SNF/LTACH). Focus on disease prevention, wellness, and long-term functional recovery. Requirements Licensure: Active Florida MD License (or eligibility). Board Certification: BC in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation is preferred, not required.
