This role involves utilizing Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) scanners to capture specific images ordered by a physician to aid in patient diagnosis. Our MRI Technologists are crucial in providing high-quality, patient-centered care in our state-of-the-art facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing patients for procedures, operating MRI equipment, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care. Prepare and position patients for MRI procedures. Operate MRI equipment and monitor patient safety and comfort. Follow physicians' instructions precisely and conform to safety regulations to avoid unnecessary exposure to radiation. Collaborate with radiologists to determine if additional images are required. Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to confidentiality guidelines. Perform regular maintenance checks on MRI equipment to ensure it is functioning properly. Educate patients on the MRI process and answer any questions related to the procedure. Proficiency in using MRI technology. Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology. Excellent patient management skills to ensure comfort and safety. Attention to detail and the ability to follow specific instructions. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
