Job Description Job Description Job Title: Stock Clerk Location: Bradenton, FL Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour Quarterly Bonus Eligibility Schedule: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM Monday–Thursday Work Setting: On-Site Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED preferred Previous warehouse, stock clerk, shipping & receiving, or inventory experience preferred Basic computer skills and keyboard proficiency required Experience with MRP systems is a plus Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Reliable, consistent attendance required Ability to stand, walk, and use hands for extended periods Ability to walk up and down stairs regularly Ability to reach, climb, balance, kneel, stoop, crouch, or crawl as needed Ability to regularly lift 10–25 lbs and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs What You’ll Do: Manage daily shipments, receiving, and stockroom operations Count, sort, and verify incoming materials to ensure accurate receipt Store inventory in designated bins and warehouse locations Fill orders and issue supplies from stock to production teams Distribute materials to production workers and maintain accurate inventory records Support planning and operations teams to move inventory through the production process Verify outgoing shipments and prepare items for shipment Assemble boxes and containers; insert items with proper protective materials Affix shipping labels, postage, and record shipping weights and charges Inspect outgoing shipments to ensure they meet company specifications and quality standards Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment IND4
