With a reputation for excellence, we specialize in diverse construction projects, and we are currently seeking an experienced Superintendent with expertise in Stucco Restoration to join our team.

As a Superintendent specializing in masonry, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing projects from inception to completion. Project Management: Lead and manage masonry construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
* Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction teams, including masons, laborers, and subcontractors, to ensure seamless project execution.
* Quality Control: Implement and maintain rigorous quality control measures to ensure that masonry work meets or exceeds industry standards and client expectations.
* Communication: Effectively communicate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, clients, and internal team members, to ensure project objectives are clear and met.
* Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent with a focus on stucco restoration projects.
* In-depth knowledge of masonry construction methods, materials, and best practices.
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).
* Relevant certifications in masonry or construction management (preferred).
* Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on stucco restoration projects.
