Job Description:
Successful applicants will have the experience and skill to
manage multiple projects commercial projects ranging from
$50,000.00 $2,000,000.00. simultaneously. Project types range from;
Retail Office Medical Restaurants Water Treatment Plants Chilled
Water ALF's Applicants are required to; Provide layout of RTU
Curbs/Louver Openings etc. electronically in support of field
personnel. Read drawings and specifications to manage compliance
too contract documents. Review submittals for compliance of
contract documents. Create, manage change orders, monthly billing.
Communicate and manage a team consisting of a Field Superintendent
and Project Coordinator. Communicate effectively with clients,
manage the overall schedule of project. Fast-paced company culture.
Multitasking a must. Employment Type: Full Time Years Experience: 3
- 5 years Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 Annual Bonus/Commission: No
